Introduction
Hi, my name is Philip King, and welcome to this video tutorial on removing Internet Information Services (IIS).
In this tutorial you will learn how to remove (un-install) Internet Information Services (IIS) from your computer.
This is the third of a three part step by step guide on Internet Information Services (IIS) covering the installation, de-activation and re-activation and removal of IIS using Windows XP.

Instructions
- To begin, click the Windows Start button.
- Select – Setting > Control Panel to select the Control Panel menu item.
- Select Add or Remove programs.
- With the Add or Remove Programs Window open click the Add/Remove Windows Components button, this opens the Windows Components Wizard window.
- Scroll down until you find the IIS component and de-select the IIS component check box
- Click the Next button to remove the files
- When configuring components has finished, click the finish button
- Close the Add or Remove Programs window.
- Close the Control Panel Window.
