If you need to talk to a real person that option is also available, though I can’t say I’ve ever used the service. Customer support is a FREE service, real people based in Pennsylvania, by phone, email and live text chat.

This is why the AWeber service is so exceptional. They recently added some KILLER functions, testing tools and easy-to-read reports to determine what’s working and what isn’t.
