Repeat trade from satisfied customer is where the money is.

Just think about your own habits. How many grocery stores do you use? Do you shop at a different store each day or week? Of course you don’t. We all find a store that gives us good produce at a fair price and that’s where we shop most often.

Before we go any further we need an answer to the question, "What is the Goal?" or "What is the Object of the Exercise?".

• Always give yourself a realistic target for any activity you are progressing. Make the goal simple and achievable with your current resources.
• If you don’t have the resources to achieve a goal, that itself is another goal.

The goal for this exercise is to use the following methods, individually or combined, to increase our market share by promoting and building an email based customer list.

• Video
• Blogging
• Podcasting
• Social Bookmarketing
• Social Networking

Method

The method is, in principle, very easy. The objective is to have your potential customers give you their email address by entering their details in your opt-in page.

Keep it simple, name and email. That’s all you need at this stage.

You then drive traffic from the Search Engines, your videos, your blog web sites, your social bookmarketing and networking sites, and your podcasts to an opt-in page where visitors can opt-in to your mailing list.

Now I’m sure you’ve heard of viral marketing, well to utilize viral marketing techniques you also have each of your marketing forums also link and publise each other.
