Server Down
For the first time since joining my domain hosting provider, JustHost, I actually experienced a server problem. That’s not bad, one problem every four or five years. So I contacted support and asked them what the problem was. This is their reply:
Hello, Thank you for contacting technical support, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
During the morning of August 2, 2013, Endurance International Groups data center in Provo, UT experienced unexpected issues that impacted customers of bluehost, HostGator, HostMonster and JustHost. Company websites and some phone services were affected as well.

So how long did it take to get the KingSolutions web site back online? Well, after deciding to have a cup of tea (a typical English pursuit) and cut the grass, I returned to my computer to find everything up and running again. So in total I guess my web site was down for about 45 minutes. Given this was a major issue at the Endurance International Groups data center in Provo, UT, I think everyone concerned should be congratulated and given a pat on the back for doing such a good job. Well done guys and gals.
Well, I hope you found something useful and enjoyed this article, Server Down.
