
As from 6 April 2011, there are changes to the filing fees charged by Companies House. The changes affect both electronic and paper submissions.
As you can see from the table some of the fee changes are considerable, with 100% increases in some cases.

Fee changes affecting other services include: Annual Fees, Suppression of an address (s1088 Companies Act 2006), Search Services, Monitor (the fee for monitor is being removed with effect 6 April 2011), Certified Copies, Certificates, Bulk Shareholder lists (paper and microfiche are back) and Bulk Products such as directories.
The overall effect is that electronic fees are being reduced whilst paper based registrations are being increased.
